implement mail address deletion

- implement managemails.views.DeleteMailAddress
- add get_context_data to AddMailAddress to add customer to template context
- add URL pattern 'delete_mailaddress' to managemails.urls
- add template hostingpackages/customerhostingpackage_detail.html
- add entry to changelog
