Jan Dittberner	1aeb916058	Don't import jandd.sphinxext.ip in setup.py ... This commit removes the import of jandd.sphinxext.ip in setup.py to allow bootstrapping without installed requirements. A setup.cfg defining options for egg_info has been added.	2016-05-01 17:23:55 +02:00
