Optimize Vagrant setup

- define grains to match optimized gvasalt repository
- define minion configuration in separate file
- drop custome salt/bootstrap.sh
- adapt Vagrantfile to use the custom grains file
- increase memory size of created VM to allow the salt provisioning to
  succeed
