implement LDAP group and user classes

- add app ldapentities
- add new settings GROUP_BASE_DN and USER_BASE_DN
- implement ldapentities.models.LdapUser and ldapentities.models.LdapGroup
- implement ldapentities.admin.LdapUserAdmin and
  ldapentities.models.LdapGroupAdmin
