Jan Dittberner e04132bd24 improve managemails app
- add managemails.apps to give a more meaningful title in the admin site
- add verbose names to MailAddressMailbox fields
- implement managemails.models.Mailbox.get_mailaddresses and a corresponding
  property mailaddresses
